 This is just an excerpt and color photo from one of the new entries in my revised and updated edition of Polish Herbs, Flowers and Folk Medicine: Allspice. It is with much happiness that I can say that I have finished editing the new and revised edition of Polish Herbs, Flowers and Folk Medicine. There are still some tasks to be completed such as preparing the index and finalizing the front and back design of the book before being sent to print. Originally slated to be released in October, Hippocrene Books, Inc. has worked really hard to overcome time lost due to Covid and to make sure the book will be available by the middle of November. Folk medicine are not as reliable as modern ones, but that does not matter. I believe that there are still some merit to using them. I grew up with my grandparents, which is why I am sensitive to this issue. If there are people who would argue that it is better to rely on modern medicine, then I will concede that. However, I do not want people to belittle the use of fold medicine, because they are part of our heritage.

My wife and I have been married for about 7 yrs now.
